MEMBERSHIPPOLICIES

memberships are billed month to month and do not have a contract

memberships and packages do not apply to overnight childcare bookings

we cannot guarantee the same babysitter for every booking; if desired we can assist you to coordinate with your preferred sitter's availability

we cannot guarantee fulfillment of every request, though we strive to fill every request and we have an excellent fulfillment rate over 95%

memberships and packages are not transferable to others

clients purchase their own packages i.e. not shared between friends, coparents etc.

violation of agency Terms of Service could result in termination of service without refund

babysitter wages are separate from membership or package purchase; client will pay babysitter the agency standard rates for all hours worked

to discontinue a membership you must notify us by the 25th before the next month

memberships and packages are not intended to replace a family's need for a nanny
