MEET KASSIDY

Provider
I currently attend college studying Art Education in order to become an art teacher within the next couple years. I would like to teach children. Working with children for 6 years definitely impacted my career choice as I combined my love of art with my passion to guide and empower children. As an artist I have endless activities that boost creativity and imagination, and I am great at assisting with homework and setting up educational activities as well.
My favorite part about childcare is the connections that I make with the families, as well as watching the kids grow into bright and happy young adults with my assistance. I always encourage kids to be themselves and voice their emotions, so that they are learning how to be confident and independent. I constantly strive to be respectful, responsible, and reliable while still being your child's best friend!
Before nannying, I coached gymnastics for many years from 2015 to 2020, so I know a lot of fun ways to keep kids active while possibly learning some cool tricks! During 2020-2021, I worked with College Sitters & Nannies.
Other facts about me...being a former gymnast and coach, I have a lot of energy to be out in nature playing, not sitting in front of a screen. Prior to transferring to college in the Denver/Boulder metro, I attended college in Grand Junction, CO.

WHAT PARENTS and COWORKERS SAY
“We love Kass! She’s fantastic! She was our nanny for about a year and if we could keep her forever we would! The only reason we made a change is that she is relocating from Denver to Boulder. She’s always on time, never missed a day, always upbeat, fabulous with our 3 year old. She also worked on educating him too, doing more than simply supervising him. She has all kinds of patience. I am that parent who really doesn’t trust a lot of sitters and nannies. Especially when it comes to driving my son anywhere. But I completely trust Kass. She is honest, trustworthy, reliable. I give her the most glowing review possible.” - Pete H.
“Kass is great, I supervised her as a gymnastics instructor at my gym for 2 years. I was sad to lose her when it was time for her to go off to college. Great with kids, kids love her, she is great with coworkers, very reliable as an employee. If she ever missed a shift it was extremely rare and she was great at communicating and following the policy. We also did drills on all types of emergencies from tornado and fire, to using an epi-pen, and other injuries that could occur at a gymnastics setting. She is very well trained and versed in emergency preparedness. She is trustworthy, reliable, energetic and I don’t think anyone could go wrong hiring Kass to work with their children.” - Susan L.
