Agency Payment Terms

• Agency Commission $30.00/day and includes a temporary nanny contract

The nanny's hourly rate will vary between $25.00 to  $35.00/hour based on number of hours, duties and experience.

• Nanny search retainer of $500.00 to recruit candidates (active recruitment), or client can post their job to our general team board for $75.00 for current team members to see (passive recruitment)

Full time placements (32 hours/week+) for a nanny who loves to support your child's growth over time, to be part of your team and your child's life. Comprehensive contract included.

The nanny's hourly rate will vary between $25.00 to  $35.00/hour based on number of hours, duties and experience. Typical House Manager range is $32.00 to $40.00/hour.

Agency Payment Terms 

• Nanny search retainer $500.00 

• Agency Commission equal to 5 weeks of Gross Base Pay (for part time employee, the minimum Commission is $1,500.00) 

• Prorated Replacement Credit offered on 1 year contracts
